Can you install customer-supplied hardware?

Possibly, if it is complete, compatible, and suitable for the door. Any available product warranty for customer-supplied hardware is governed by its manufacturer or seller.

Do you install smart locks?

Supported models can be installed when the door and existing preparation are compatible. Account setup, Wi-Fi, hubs, batteries, and manufacturer services may remain the customer’s responsibility.

Will a new lock fix a door that does not close correctly?

Not necessarily. Frame movement, hinges, weatherstripping, door damage, and alignment problems can prevent correct operation even when the lock itself is new.

Will I need to prove authorization?

Yes. Security-sensitive work may require identification or other evidence that you are authorized to access the property or vehicle.
