Service requests

Submitting a website form, sending an email, or making a phone call does not guarantee service availability, arrival time, price, or acceptance of a job. ATLocksmith LLC confirms the service area, job scope, customer authorization, technician availability, and expected price before dispatch. We may decline work when authorization, safety, equipment, or service requirements are not satisfied.

Published amounts are starting prices, not final quotes. The expected price may depend on the lock or vehicle, required labor, parts, condition, location, and job complexity. If an on-site inspection materially changes the approved scope or price, we will explain the revision and obtain your approval before additional work begins. Any applicable service-call or travel charge will be disclosed in the estimate before dispatch. No payment is collected through this website.

Authorization

Customers must have legal authority to request work on the property, vehicle, business, or lock involved. Identification, vehicle registration, lease documents, ownership information, company credentials, or confirmation from an authorized owner or manager may be required before work begins.

Payment and refunds

Payment is due after the customer-approved work is finished. Because locksmith labor is performed on-site and cannot be returned, finished services are not refundable solely because of a change of mind. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law. If you believe the finished work differs from the approved scope or has a workmanship problem, contact ATLocksmith LLC promptly so we can review the concern. Manufacturer warranties, when available, govern eligible parts.

Acceptable use

Do not submit payment-card information, government identification, keys, lock combinations, alarm codes, unlawful requests, abusive content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Emergencies

Do not rely on the website or email for an immediate safety emergency. If a child, vulnerable person, or animal is locked in a vehicle, or there is a fire, medical emergency, or immediate safety threat, call 911 first.

Information submitted through the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
